About the role

As a Billing Analyst in our Finance team, you will keep Aleph’s client billing accurate and on time. You will work in SAP across invoicing, accounts receivable (AR) operations, reconciliation and financial reporting, including month-end close.

What you'll do

  • Prepare, verify and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule, including during high-volume billing cycles
  • Review bills and billing data before processing to confirm they are complete and correct
  • Resolve complex billing issues using the Dispute application in SAP
  • Reconcile customer accounts and receivables
  • Review, monitor and control the accrued revenue balance to ensure that all accruals are settled
