Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

As a Billing & Collections Specialist, you will take ownership of the monthly accounts receivable cycle, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. You will communicate directly with international business customers, helping resolve billing questions and collection matters while building positive professional relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage the monthly accounts receivable process, taking responsibility for invoicing, payment tracking, and collections activities
• Communicate with global business customers to address billing inquiries, follow up on outstanding payments, negotiate collection matters, and provide responsive support
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth billing and collection workflows and timely resolution of issues
• Work with internal back-office platforms to maintain accurate financial records and support efficient operational processes
• Review customer invoices and payment records, identify discrepancies, and apply sound judgment to resolve issues
