About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role is responsible for timely customer billing, payment realization, and vendor payment follow-up. The incumbent coordinates with project, site, finance, contracts, procurement, and client teams to ensure accurate invoice submission, certification, payment tracking, and issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Responsible for timely customer billing, payment realization, and vendor payment follow-up
• Prepare and submit customer invoices in line with contractual milestones, work progress, and billing schedules
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Site, and Contracts teams for timely availability of supporting documents required for invoicing
• Maintain records of submitted invoices, certifications, receipts, and outstanding payments
• Coordinate with Package Engineers, SCM, Site, and Finance teams for timely processing of vendor and subcontractor invoices
