About the role

The role will work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, and Finance teams to resolve billing queries, manage purchase orders, support inter‑company invoicing, and assist with revenue recognition under IFRS 15. The role will also support data cleansing and process readiness as the business prepares to migrate to NetSuite , operating within an environment where some billing processes remain manual.

  • Record Accuracy : Keep billing and contract records updated in systems
  • Audit Support : Provide data and documentation for audits
