Billing Executive -2 years contract 3rd party payroll

About the role

Looking for immediate joinee or within 10-15 days notice period. We are looking to hire someone who can handle the billing and invoice of ODC employees of Huawei. The successful candidate shall work with R&D management team to meet the human resource requirements, engage with Vendors and facilitate the key billing task to meet the business requirement and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Responsible for Billing and Invoicing of ODC employees
• Taking care of Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition for each team
• Process monthly billing with condination of vendor and team
• Following up with vendor for getting Performance invoice and final invoice
• Responsible for any ad-hoc reporting requests being received from

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Billing
• Excel
• MIS reporting
• B.Com or BBA
