Billing Executive- Andheri East

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations, invoice generation, sales and dispatch documentation, and billing-related reconciliations. The candidate will ensure accurate and timely billing, maintain proper records, and coordinate with the sales, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly sales and billing reports
• Reconcile invoices generated with sales orders and dispatch records
• Identify pending billing, cancelled invoices, duplicate entries, and billing discrepancies
• Submit billing data and supporting documents to the accounts team for month-end closing
• Maintain systematic filing of billing records for audit and reference purposes
