Billing Specialist- Contract to Invoice

About the role

Office presence required 5 days per week for the first 12 months. (Post the first year, hybrid model 2 days per week to be confirmed) Set up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD. Process Credit Notes in accordance to client contracts, regulations and requests. Process invoicing in accordance with client contracts and country requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up, amend and maintain In-Service contracts in ByD
• Process Credit Notes in accordance to client contracts, regulations and requests
• Process invoicing in accordance with client contracts and country requirements
• Ensure pre billing queries are accurately categorised, up to date, monitored and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure client requirements are maintained accurately
