BIM Coordinator

About the role

This role will form an integral part of our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) – Arcadis’ centralized and fully integrated project delivery group. The MEPF Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) in the GECs is comprised of cross-functional teams, that contribute to the development of innovative MEPF solutions that optimize energy efficiency, sustainability, and occupant comfort.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, Arcadis standards and ISO 19650 requirements
• Coordinate and manage federated BIM models for clash detection and project delivery
• Review and maintain model quality, information accuracy and documentation standards
• Support BIM planning and implementation across multidisciplinary projects
• Guide and mentor BIM Modellers and project teams

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Revit
• MEP
• Internal controls
• Plumbing
• B.Tech or B.E.
