About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BIM Lead to lead multidisciplinary BIM projects for international clients and manage a team of 15-20 BIM professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical BIM expertise, project management capabilities, client-facing experience, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and profitability.

What you'll do

Lead and manage BIM projects for international clients across various sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects
Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs), workflows, standards, and quality assurance processes
Oversee BIM model creation, coordination, clash detection, and project delivery
Ensure compliance with client standards, industry best practices, and project requirements
Drive BIM innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives
