BIM Manager

About the role

Manage and coordinate MEP BIM models for Electrical, HVAC, ELV, Fire Fighting services. Develop and maintain coordinated LOD 300 / LOD 350 / LOD 500 models as per project requirements. Review BIM models for constructability and design compliance. Carry out model coordination and clash detection, coordinate with respective disciplines and ensure timely closure of clashes.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate MEP BIM models for Electrical, HVAC, ELV, Fire Fighting services
• Develop and maintain coordinated LOD 300 / LOD 350 / LOD 500 models as per project requirements
• Review BIM models for constructability and design compliance
• Ensure models are updated based on approved RFIs, DCNs, design changes and site requirements
• Coordinate with Design Engineers to translate design intent into coordinated and constructible BIM models
