BIM MEP Specialist

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. As a BIM MEP Specialist, you will develop accurate, coordinated models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using industry-standard tools. Beyond modeling, you will contribute to clash detection, constructability reviews, and the preparation of deliverables that support real-world construction and fabrication.

What you'll do

• As a BIM MEP Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of high-quality building services models across multiple projects
• Ensure that models meet project requirements, follow established standards, and are ready for construction through effective coordination and collaboration
• Develop MEP BIM Models: Create detailed models for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and extra-low-voltage (ELV) systems using Autodesk Revit
• Coordinate Across Disciplines: Use Navisworks Manage or Simulate to perform clash detection, identify coordination issues, and help resolve conflicts between MEP
• Prepare Project Deliverables: Produce construction-ready drawings, sheets, schedules, quantity take-offs, and technical reports
