BIM Modeler - Electrical

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Specialist – Electrical with 8–10 years of experience in building projects to support electrical BIM modelling, design coordination, and project deliverables.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical building services using Autodesk Revit MEP
• Prepare electrical layouts and coordinated drawings for lighting, power distribution, containment, earthing, and other building electrical systems
• Coordinate electrical models with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and architectural and structural disciplines
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools, and resolve clashes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and applicable standards
