About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – Revit to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM modeling, drawing production, clash detection, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and design standards
  • Prepare detailed 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models
  • Interpret engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design specifications to create accurate BIM models
  • Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, as applicable
  • Identify and resolve model clashes and inconsistencies in coordination with relevant engineering teams
