About the role
Creative Square Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC), is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller (Architectural / Structural) with strong expertise in CAD to BIM conversion for residential and high-rise projects.
What you'll do
- Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into coordinated 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (2020/2021/2022+)
- Develop Architectural / Structural models in compliance with LOD 200 / 300 / 400 standards
- Prepare GA drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM protocols
- Ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project specifications
