About the role

The Senior BIM Leader / BIM Manager will lead and manage BIM and CAD delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure projects within Atkins’ Water and Environment business. This role combines technical excellence, team leadership, and strategic BIM implementation to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient project outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the BIM/CAD function within the Water and Environment discipline
• Deliver BIM-enabled design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across planning, design, and construction stages
• Oversee the development of project deliverables, including drawings, models, and technical reports, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, quality
• Act as the BIM subject matter expert, ensuring consistent application of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
