About the role

Bio- informatician is responsible for developing, documenting and testing bio-informatics pipeline s.

What you'll do

• Developing custom bio-informatics pipelines using Nexflow
• Testing and updating pipelines as required
• Curating test data for different components as required
• Developing custom scripts for testing in Python
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, craft reliable unit tests, perform code reviews and root cause analysis

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Python
• Git
• PostgreSQL

• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
