About the role

The Branch Manager – APC is responsible for driving business performance through the Agency Partner Channel by managing partner relationships, building a strong advisor network, and ensuring consistent revenue growth and team productivity at the branch level. Achieve branch targets (FYP, NOP, Revenue, Active Advisors) through APC model

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving business performance through the Agency Partner Channel by managing partner relationships, building a strong advisor network
• Achieve branch targets (FYP, NOP, Revenue, Active Advisors) through APC model
• Drive productivity of Agency Partners and aligned FLS
• Ensure month-on-month growth in business and activation metrics
• Identify, onboard, and develop Agency Partners (APs)
