- Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures
- Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies
- Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs
