About the role

This role will involve working with a diverse group of professionals to develop, integrate, and maintain BMC Helix solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of the ITIL, BMC Helix ITSM, DWPC, DWPA, BMC Helix Innovation Studio.

• CMDB. Maintain CMDB health checks and configure notifications using HTML
• Reporting: Create Reports, Dashboards, and distribute reports
