About the role
To manage and oversee the complete bodyshop operations, ensuring efficient vehicle repair, high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability, and effective team management.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day bodyshop operations including Body Repair, Denting, Painting, Estimation, Insurance and Vehicle Delivery
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and delivered within the committed timeline
- Monitor repair quality and ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership processes
- Supervise Body Technicians, Painters, Dismantlers, Estimators and other bodyshop staff
- Monitor Job Card, WIP, TAT, productivity and efficiency on a daily basis
What you need
- 8–12 yrs of experience
- Automobile repair
- ITI
