Boiler Performance Engineer - BPS

About the role

The Boiler Performance Engineer is responsible for executing boiler performance engineering activities associated with BPS projects, including performance analysis, thermal calculations, proposal support, contract execution, technical documentation, and engineering deliverables. The role supports project teams in achieving technical, quality, and schedule objectives while ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform boiler performance engineering activities for contracts from project kick-off through completion of performance testing and final technical documentation
• Support proposal development activities, including preliminary thermal design, performance evaluations, technical clarifications, schedule inputs, and man-hour estimates
• Prepare and review thermal calculations, performance studies, operating predictions, and guarantee evaluations
• Develop and maintain project engineering documentation in accordance with established procedures and ISO work instructions
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, thermal design teams, schedulers, and other functional disciplines to ensure timely project execution
