About the role

On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team remotely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and has hands-on experience with legal accounting systems and U.S. bookkeeping practices. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining the firm's financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the overall accounting function.

What you'll do

• General Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Record and classify daily financial transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts
• Review and monitor cash flow and account balances
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
