About the role

We are seeking a senior Asset Management Business Finance / FP&A leader with 10+ years of experience who can answer the core management questions: What is our AUM, why did it change, how does it drive revenue, and how do we create one governed enterprise source for that information?

What you'll do

AUM Business Finance & Revenue
Own end-to-end AUM reporting and monthly/quarterly AUM roll-forward across public and private market investment vehicles
Explain AUM movement across opening AUM, gross subscriptions/inflows, redemptions/outflows, transfers, distributions, market movement, FX
Own net-flow reporting and attribution by product, strategy, vehicle, client/channel and region; distinguish business flows from market/FX performance
Calculate, reconcile and explain Fee-Earning AUM and its relationship to reported AUM
