About the role

Log, track, and resolve queries using a helpdesk/ticketing system Ensure queries are resolved within defined SLA timelines Support invoice processing, validation, and posting activities Handle invoice status, payment queries, vendor reconciliations, and escalations Coordinate with AP teams to resolve discrepancies and blocked invoices

What you'll do

• Act as the first point of contact for vendor and internal stakeholder AP queries
• Ensure queries are resolved within defined SLA timelines
• Support invoice processing, validation, and posting activities
• Handle invoice status, payment queries, vendor reconciliations, and escalations
• Coordinate with AP teams to resolve discrepancies and blocked invoices

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Ticketing tools
• Accounts payable
• SAP
• MS Office
• Month-end close
• Reconciliation
• Any graduate
