Branch Control Support

About the role

The Branch Control Support role is part of the Retail Liabilities function within Retail Banking , based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for centrally supporting all branches with activities related to branch launches, audit reviews, and data management. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and process alignment across the branch network.

What you'll do

• Assist in monitoring daily branch operations for compliance with internal policies
• Support in reviewing transaction documentation and exception reports
• Help prepare branches for internal and external audits
• Track closure of audit observations and maintain compliance records
• Compile and maintain operational MIS reports for control manager review

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
