What you'll do

• Accuracy in taking action on referral cases assigned with availabled at a base
• Responsible to maintaining quality of referral cases and also delivering output within prescribed TAT
• Responsible for internal cross Audit with accuracy and adherence to the policies and processes set by organization
• Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers
• Interact closely with other teams to ensure smooth day to day functioning at location
