About the role

The ideal candidate Should have a deep understanding of Sea/Ocean Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry. Prospecting and developing New Business Development & maintaining healthy relationships with customers & Shipping Lines/ Carriers must have his/her own Customer base and ensure Business Growth. Develop and Execute strategies to drive New Business Growth and Convert Existing clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and Execute strategies to drive New Business Growth and Convert Existing clients
• Sourcing of ideal Freight rates Coordination with Shipping Lines/Carriers
• Generate New Business Development & Growth with Define Target
• Manage P&L of the Country
• Coordinate with Regional International Business Head for reporting Business plan /P&L & MIS reporting
