What you'll do

• Be working with a team of a highly passionate, self-driven and committed group of people
• Collaborate with Head, Sourcing India to contextualise manpower and resourcing strategies for FML Group to India
• Drive the identification and securing of talent pipelines for deck and engine crew through department heads
• Collaborate with HR Manager, India to develop a set of metrics to measure performance of crew
• Collaborate with HR Manager, India and direct reports to ensure that HR processes
