About the role

The Branch Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for overseeing the branch operations and ensuring the achievement of LAP sales targets. This role involves managing and supporting the sales managers, developing sales strategies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage the branch's budget, expenses, and financial performance
• Supervise and support sales managers in their sales activities and target achievement
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales managers and other branch staff
