About the role

To manage the overall branch operations and drive business growth by achieving microfinance loan disbursement targets, managing the field team, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Drive branch-level business growth through customer acquisition, loan disbursements, and portfolio expansion
• Manage and monitor the performance of field officers and other branch team members
• Ensure achievement of monthly business targets, collection efficiency, and portfolio quality
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned locations
• Monitor loan sourcing, group formation, customer verification, and disbursement processes

What you need
