About the role

Accountable for liabilities and assets growth, third‑party revenue, and branch profitability; ensures audit‑ready operations, KYC/AML adherence, and risk control; builds a high‑performing team and deepens relationships with priority customers. Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability

What you'll do

• Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
• Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
• Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
