About the role

The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the following: Document organization sales strategy and incentives programme basis management guidelines. Oversight over all store operations, appearance, sales, compliance and Inventory Execute on organization sales strategy and guide team members/ team leads for the sales targets/ management policies

What you'll do

• Execute on organization sales strategy and guide team members/ team leads for the sales targets/ management policies
• Perform Audits on a periodic basis and work on the implementation of issues noted
• Ensure adequate documentation of each activity and guide/ motivates team members for high performance
• Ensure all the compliance requirements are met and no deviation from management guidelines

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
• Sales
• Compliance
• Audit
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹40k–₹85k a month
