About the role

To manage branch operations through monitoring of operational activities, evaluation of service quality, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and implementation of operational controls to ensure efficient service delivery and customer experience. Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)

What you'll do

  • Manage branch operations through monitoring of operational activities, evaluation of service quality, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Run daily ops controls (cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD and reconciliation)
  • Ensure accurate account opening/KYC with CKYC uploads and documentation quality
  • Track service metrics (TAT, FTR, complaints) and implement RCA‑based fixes
  • Prepare for audits/inspections; maintain records and resolve observations on time
