As a Branch Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in fostering and managing client relationships within the branch. What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist clients with their banking needs, providing guidance on products and services offered by the branch
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive branch experience
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets and improve overall performance
