About the role

The role entails scaling up and growing the customer base for the branch. It also entails developing constructive relationships with customers and working closely with them to boost volume of business across geographies by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice.

What you'll do

• Drive below the line activities in the assigned catchment to acquire new customers
• Ensure Sales process adherence & desired productivity of Sales Officers
• Manage, mentor and motivate the Sales Officers team
• Monitor & ensure sourcing of quality savings accounts – in terms of product mix and value driven customer -segments

What you need
