About the role

Nespresso is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you thrive in a retail environment and have a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do

  • Achieve store sales and revenue targets through effective sales strategies on the floor
  • Engage with walk-in customers, providing detailed information on product features, benefits, and current schemes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service
  • Drive sales and diligently update daily sales trackers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers

What you need

  • 0.5–4 yrs of experience
  • SOP writing
  • Class 12
