Brand /Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The incumbent will own the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a portfolio of international brands across marketplace platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon India . The role is accountable for growth, P&L ownership, and market share expansion , requiring a strong understanding of category dynamics, the Amazon ecosystem (S3P model), and the ability to collaborate effectively with global brands and internal cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• GTM & Portfolio Strategy
• Create and launch GTM playbooks for global brands entering and scaling in the Indian market, including positioning, value proposition, pricing architecture
• Conduct opportunity sizing and business case development for new sub-categories (e.g., robot vacuums, smart security, Kitchen appliances)
• Own product lifecycle management —from launch and ramp-up to sustenance, promotions, and end-of-life planning
• Drive category-level planning aligned to annual operating plans (AOPs)
