Brand Lead

About the role

As a Brand Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in creatively managing prominent beauty brands. The role will support one of India’s leading beauty and cosmetics brands, working across its diverse product portfolio. Your responsibilities include providing strategic insights, ensuring creative consistency across various touchpoints like social media, influencers, performance marketing, E-commerce, D2C, and POSM.

What you'll do

• Lead an integrated team, providing guidance and management
• Drive constant experimentation and content innovation to identify breakthrough ideas
• Develop brand and cultural narratives to establish a compelling brand identity
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate fresh content ideas and drive Shorts adoption
• Execute go-to-market plans and campaigns, keeping abreast of the latest trends
