Brand Rep - Audits, Merchandising and Quality Control

About the role

As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience. Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

What you'll do

• Retail Audits & Quality Control
• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses
• Display & Merchandising Fixes
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor
