About the role

You'll grow how Mactores is seen and talked about across social media, press, influencer and creator partnerships, and review platforms. You'll be building from near zero, but not from a blank page. There's a defined US market, a positioning source of truth and a working budget. You'll have the authority to plan and execute against them.

What you'll do

  • Social media strategy and content
  • Own the editorial calendar and write the social copy
  • Also brief designers and video editors, and publish consistently in formats that perform on each platform
  • Executive and employee advocacy
  • Building the personal brands of our leadership and delivery experts
