We are looking for a strong video editor who can create high-quality ads with a clear focus on retention and conversions . This role is for someone who understands performance content deeply and can translate ideas into clean, effective edits.

Performance ads (primary focus)
Short-form content (Reels, social)
Occasional long-form or brand videos
Edit videos for ads and social media
Optimise for hold rate and retention
