Broker Relations and Vendor Analyst

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Broker Relations team in a role focused on the procurement, management, and optimisation of broker research and market data contracts, as well as the firm’s commercial vendor agreements. Reporting to the Head of Broker Relations, this position would suit a highly motivated, analytical, and commercially aware individual who is keen to add value to a leading hedge fund.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for broker research and market data
• Manage contracts and assist renewals negotiation for data/research and the wider firm’s commercial contracts
• Maintain accurate contract records, user entitlement, and related documentation
• Assist with PM onboarding and research trails
• Oversee cost allocation across multiple cost centres, ensuring accuracy

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
