About the role

The Executive Director, HEOR BSI is accountable for end-to-end HEOR capability leadership across BSI (Hyderabad & Dublin), enabling IV&A to deliver on its 2030 ambition through evidence shaping, launch excellence and value maintenance.

What you'll do

Act as a core strategic partner to IV&A LT and HEOR & HTA leadership , shaping global access, pricing and evidence strategies
Drive enterprise-first prioritization and resource allocation , aligning HEOR capabilities to portfolio priorities, tollgates and pipeline dynamics
