BU Head | Aerospace & Defence Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

The ideal candidate will hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering and bring 15-20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within the aerospace and defence industry, with at least five years leading large manufacturing or operations teams. Leadership responsibility for a growing business unit serving global aerospace and defence customers.

What you'll do

• Own operational performance, ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, cost efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction across multiple programs
• Manage business unit financial performance, including operating margins, manufacturing costs, budgets, inventory and working capital
• Act as a key customer interface for operational matters, managing escalations, delivery commitments and cross-functional coordination across customer programs
• Lead, coach and develop functional leaders, building a high-performing team and strengthening collaboration across departments
