About the role

A successful Head of Commercial - Associate Director should have: 10+ years of experience inpharma commercial, business development, or alliance management ( Preferably with experience in rare diseases) Proven track record of launching products in India from scratch Experience managing partnerships, licensing, and supply agreements

What you'll do

• Own India commercial strategy in a high-impact IC leadership role
• Drive growth via partner-led model with strong global exposure
• Own and drive the India commercial strategy aligned with regional and global priorities
• Manage and optimize a partner-led commercial model, ensuring delivery of sales, and long-term growth
• Lead new product launches end-to-end in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
