About the role

Reporting to the CEO, the Cluster Head will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence across multiple business divisions.

What you'll do

  • Own the complete P&L and commercial performance of multiple business units
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for existing and new product portfolios
  • Drive national sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share and profitability
  • Lead portfolio expansion and new product launch planning
