About the role

Strengthen customer engagement and enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Enhance business processes, governance, forecasting, and operational discipline. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Proven experience managing a sizeable P&L in a B2B or industrial environment.

What you'll do

• Lead a ₹100 Cr business with full P&L accountability
• Lead the Healthcare business across South Asia, encompassing India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Maldives
• Own the overall P&L and deliver revenue, margin, and EBITDA objectives
• Drive strategic growth initiatives across customers, products, segments, and markets
• Provide leadership to both Sales and Marketing functions, ensuring strong commercial execution
