BU Head – US Tax (ID 1427)

About the role

Define and execute the global strategy for the US Tax business unit in alignment with the company's objectives and growth plans. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, Content, and Marketing teams to support business development, resource planning, client acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the global strategy for the US Tax business unit in alignment with the company's objectives and growth plans
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Business Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, Content, and Marketing teams to support business development, resource planning
• Review US corporate and individual tax returns and related forms, guide the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Establish and maintain standardized processes, methodologies, and quality control frameworks across delivery centres
• Ensure US tax services comply with applicable regulatory requirements and meet client expectations
