About the role
Serve as the primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units; understand priorities, clarify requirements, manage expectations and maintain regular stakeholder engagement. Coordinate service delivery across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM; monitor demand, backlog, ageing, dependencies and closure against agreed SOW, SLA and TAT.

What you need
- 8–12 yrs of experience
- MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
