About the role

We are hiring Customer & Seller Support Executives in Pune to assist sellers on an e-commerce platform. You will handle merchant queries, resolve account or order issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Handle seller inquiries via voice, chat, or email and provide timely resolutions
  • Troubleshoot account, listing, and order issues following standard guidelines
  • Escalations management and inter-team coordination for technical queries
